I currently support operations and technology initiatives at Goodwill, combining customer-focused service with a strong foundation in digital tools, systems troubleshooting, and community empowerment.

My work spans across:

User access management for Workday and secure dashboards

DNS, SSL, and SSH workflows for campus and advocacy projects

Azure cloud services, including resource provisioning, identity management, and virtual environments

Device compatibility, email branding, and accessibility tools

Workflow documentation for collaborative tech environments

I hold an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems and am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at UA Little Rock, with plans to advance to Ph.D. studies at UA Little Rock.

My technical toolkit includes:

React Native project setup

Cloudflare DNS optimization

Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and Logic Apps

Embedded systems development, including microcontroller setup and sensor integration (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ARM Cortex)

Metadata precision and secure role-based access
